Refund Policy

At The New Yerr Times, we aim to deliver products that bring laughter and New Yawk attitude straight to your doorstep. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products once an order has been placed and shipped.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace products at no additional cost to you in the following cases:

  1. Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/selection made at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
