Shipping Policy

At The New Yerr Times, we take pride in shipping our products with the same speed and reliability you’d expect from a New Yawk slice shop (give or take). Please read the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choosing.

Transit Time

Once shipped, your package will be in the hands of the carrier. Transit time is not our responsibility and may vary by location and carrier.
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
If a shipping rate cannot be calculated at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately and from different locations.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

Responsibility After Shipment

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other issues once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly with any concerns about delivery once tracking has been issued.
